You can get a full refund of the setup fee within 3 days of purchase if we have not yet started custom build-out work on your app. After build-out starts, the setup fee is not refundable.
Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Email us with the email address on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
